Over the past 8 weeks I have learnt to be kinder to myself, this has allowed me to relax more completely, and I'm sleeping through the night now. Sonia was kindness itself. So glad I stuck with it.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this course, I wasn't sure if it would work, but it does what it says on the tin. It hasn't stopped me getting stressed but it has helped me recognise the signs of stress sooner and then I am more equipped to manage the symptoms so they reduce again. Brilliant.

I wasn't sure about coming on this course, I'd never been able to meditate before. Sonia suggested I do it in 'bite sized pieces' and do what I can, and now I meditate daily. It was much better than I thought, I felt it may be slideshows and theory, but it was so much better, Sonia left the technology out of the room and I loved it.
The biggest thing I have learnt is to be kinder to myself, I am also able to deal with my chronic pain far better than before. Remembering to breathe and feeling less stressed.
I've learnt that the mind is a very powerful tool and not always right. Simple, easy to follow and I loved it.
