You will learn to choose more effective ways of behaviour which lead to the meaningful happy life you wish to live. On this Mindfulness and Meditation Course, we get together for 2 hours over 6 weeks to teach you such skills.

You will learn to manage your challenging thoughts and emotions more effectively. You will discover new shifts in attitude to life itself. This Mindfulness and Meditation Course allows you the time to learn in a supportive, connected group environment.
