Mindful Living UK offers one day retreats so that those who have attended an 8 week MBSR/MBCT Course can strengthen and deepen their practice.

Each day retreat will have a different intention ranging from compassion based practices, days of silent contemplation, Yoga Nidra practice, cultivating Loving Kindness and other such topics

Mostly the Day Retreats offer a space to just ‘be’ for a few hours.

For those looking to support or re-invigorate their regular mindfulness practice, this one day mindfulness practice retreat is an ideal way to give yourself the space to do just that… and the perfect accompaniment or follow-on to an 8-week course.

Most of the day is silent, with an opportunity to share experiences at the end of the day.
